The International Research Center Institut Laue-Langevin (ILL) is looking for a supplier of a centralized technical management system. The surveillance system should centralize and consolidate the various interfaces for the management of security systems related to building management, such as:
Such a system shoud provide a security component of the entire used building management system in the workplace. As a centralized technical management tool, it should provide a single interface (HMI) for the various systems in place at the site that transmit information and pilot the technical infrastructure at the ILL site.
It can provide a simple or serial schematic view of the site with visual information on the technical status of supervised items. Any action to be performed on the monitored item is performed via the HMI monitor "hypervisor" (eg camera visualization, door opening, flood stop, alarm, videophone response, etc.). It is not necessary to use subsystem-specific HMI controls.
The operator (security staff) should be able to obtain a general overview of the state of the system in real time on the web, including the following information:
The system must be designed to meet the latest IT security standards and should run on Windows Active Directory. It must respect the credentials of each security operator and its membership in Active Directory and the interaction with the subsystems using its Active Directory account.
