The new grant program of the European Commission and EUIPO "Ideas Powered for Business SME Fund" will enable Czech small and medium-sized companies to significantly reduce their costs for the protection of selected forms of intellectual property.

Thank to this program will be possible to receive a 50% discount on fees associated with applications for national, regional or European trademarks and designs.

At the same time, the company can apply for a 75% discount on the services of specialized consultants - experts in the preliminary diagnosis of intellectual property. Intellectual property auditors will assess the company and its products, business models and corporate growth plans, and will help jointly design a dynamic strategy based on a better appreciation of its intellectual property.

Applications are received in five specified periods (applications submitted outside these deadlines will not be considered):

period 1 - 11/01/2021 - 31/1/2021
period 2 - 1/3/2021 - 31/3/2021
period 3 - 1/5/2021 - 31/5/2021

period 4 - 1/7/2021 - 31/7/2021
period 5 - 1/9/2021 - 30/9/2021

Grants will be awarded in the order in which the applications are submitted.
