More than a month remains until the end of the ESA Spark Funding open call. Spark Funding supports projects that accelerate technology transfer from space to non-space sectors, but also vice versa. It offers support of €75,000 to SMEs, start-ups and research institutions for the adaptation of space technologies within various sectors (e.g. agriculture, energy and healthcare).
Applicants are advised to contact the Technology Broker of the Technology Center Prague before submitting a project application to ensure compliance with program objectives. Selected projects are evaluated by a specialized Tender Evaluation Board (TEB), with funds paid out in two installments upon successful completion. ESA's Spark Funding initiative supports technological innovation and collaboration between space and terrestrial industries, advancing a future where space technologies solve real challenges.
